近来发现许多同事在翻译上咨询一些数字翻译上的问题，在此整理一下数字翻译成英文的语法。此次整理比较正式，略过口语形式。

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

英语中数字以3个为一小节，例如123456789，可以划分为123’456’789，在小结的三位数中，读法为 X hundred and X-X。

 

 

 

 

 

上面三个小节分别为one hundred and twenty-three；four hundred and fifty-six；seven hundred and eighty-nine。再加上各自的单位,million;thousand。

 

 

 

 

 

上面数字完整读法为：one hundred and twenty-three million and four hundred and fifty-six thousand seven hundred and eighty-nine。

 

 

 

 

 

如果出现and前或后的缺失，比如1’025，没有的部分取消。即读为one thousand twenty-five.
